1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SiteSmiths website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

SiteSmiths provides website design and development services for small businesses. Our services include:

  • Custom website design and development
  • Website hosting setup
  • Basic SEO optimization
  • Mobile responsiveness
  • Contact form integration

3. Project Scope & Revisions

The scope of each project is defined in the initial quote provided to the client. Our revision policy includes:

  • Starter Package: 2 rounds of revisions
  • Business Package: 3 rounds of revisions
  • Growth Package: Unlimited revisions until satisfaction

Additional revision rounds beyond the included amount may be subject to additional fees.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the following terms:

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin work
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion
  • Payment must be received before website launch
  • We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed

5. Launch Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. Our launch guarantee includes:

  • If you don't love the first design direction, we'll revise it until you do
  • No complicated contracts or fine print
  • No agency-style pricing — just transparent, fair pricing

6. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refund if we are unable to deliver the agreed services
  • No refund after the first design concept has been delivered
  • Deposit is non-refundable once work has begun

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom website design and content created specifically for their project. Stock images, templates, and third-party tools used remain under their respective licenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

SiteSmiths shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
